Check the Printer Queue

The printer queue is a list of documents waiting to be printed. It's important to know that this isn't just any old list; it's an actual physical file on your computer. If you see something in this queue, then you can print it out and move on with life—if not, there may be an issue with your printer itself.

Turn off the Printer and then on Again

To troubleshoot the problem, you'll need to turn off your printer and then on again. First, make sure that your printer is turned off: Press and hold down the button at the back of your device until it beeps twice. If this doesn't work, unplug it from its power source (like a wall outlet) and wait 15 seconds before plugging it back in again so that any residual voltage isn't still flowing through components inside—which could cause serious damage if left unchecked!

Once you've confirmed that there's no electricity flowing through your device, open up its front panel by pulling up on one side while holding down another; then slide out any tabs or covers in order to access any buttons or switches present within this area.
